SOS Children's Villages Overview

SOS Children's Villages believes every child deserves a loving family.

Founded in 1949, we provide children with the loving and enduring support they need to shape their own futures: a stable family, quality medical care and the opportunity to learn.

Through our family support and care programs, medical centers, schools and emergency relief efforts, we impact the lives of millions of children and families worldwide.

In nearly seven decades, SOS has received a multitude of international awards and honors, including: Nobel Peace Prize Nominee, Save the World Award, Mother Teresa Gold Medal and The Conrad N. Hilton Humanitarian Prize.
